Synopsis

Guilty Gear X is a 2D fighting game. The character selection screen is stylish and impressive, most are quite striking characters, from the 21st century-medieval Ky-Kiske, the cowboy-like Johnny, the incredibly sinister giant, and Doctor Faust with his enormous scalpel. The characters are very well drawn and animated, and the levels are no exception: colorful and interesting and filled with lighting effects of falling leaves and splashing water (and, once again, it's raining in London). The gameplay lighting effects are also impressive.
