Synopsis

Gulclight TDF2 is a turn-based tactical game and a follow-up to T.D.F.. There is no background information in the game in addition to the notion of TDF2, an organization made up of planes and mechas fighting an alien race called Plea. The gameplay is quite simple: the player is presented with a fairly small isometric screen and must navigate it with a handful of fighters, attacking an alien when he is on the adjacent square. Mechas and player-controlled vehicles are of different types: some are powerful but have limited maneuverability, others have great range of motion but weak armor, etc. Battles are displayed on a separate screen and both sides exchange an attack.
