Synopsis
Habitat II is software released exclusively in Japan for Fujitsu's virtual world "Habitat II", which itself was a licensed version of Fujitsu's WorldsAway virtual world launched in September 1995. The service first went live for Windows users in March 1996 and four months later the Saturn client was released to the market. It's reasonable to think that this service would have been cross-platform, so Windows and Saturn users could have played on the same server. Due to the client/server relationship, the game is entirely dependent on the Sega Saturn modem and therefore cannot run in the modern era.
