Description
Hannibal, souvent sous-titré Master of the Beast, est un jeu de stratégie de guerre historiquement précis, sorti pour la première fois en 1993. Le jeu a été conçu par Claude Cueni pour Starbyte Software.
Hannibal est l'un des rares jeux qui se concentrent sur la seconde guerre punique - vous contrôlez la formidable armée carthaginoise - à dos d'éléphant - avec le but ultime de conquérir Rome. Le jeu est réaliste dans le sens où les voyages et les sièges peuvent prendre et prennent une éternité. Dans l'ensemble, un jeu intéressant qui soulève la question toujours controversée du réalisme par rapport au plaisir dans les wargames, avec du plaisir malheureusement laissé de côté alors que l'ennui de regarder vos armées se déplacer recommence.
