Synopsis
Heavy Unit is a side-scrolling shoot 'em up video game developed by Kaneko, released in 1988 on an arcade machine by Taito. It was adapted for PC Engine in 1989 and for Mega Drive in 1990, in versions with slight differences in graphics and gameplay compared to the arcade version. The version released on PC-Engine is the most faithful to the 1988 original.
