Synopsis

In Hero 2020, you play as the last survivor of the Cosmos Police, whose comrades perished while trying to free the planet Cynep from an evil force. Now you are the planet's last hope. The game combines shoot'em up and platform elements: you explore caves, jump over obstacles and shoot everything that moves. However, at first you are unarmed and can only kick or punch. You must find pyramids left by your fallen comrades or sometimes by defeated aliens. These pyramids grant you armor, extra health, and a weapon. If you find another pyramid, your weapon will be temporarily upgraded. However, each hit received lowers your health, and if it falls to a critical level, you lose armor and weapons. At the end of each level, you must defeat a towering alien boss.
