Synopsis

Zanock, the only son of the King of Altoris, must traverse the hobgoblin swamps to retrieve the stolen golden orb, which has until now ensured the safety of the kingdom of Altoris. Hobgoblin is the BBC/Electron equivalent of Ghosts 'N Goblins. Just like the original, you play as a scantily clad man leaping through a terrifying landscape filled with monsters. And just like the original, the game is known for its high difficulty level. Killing monsters by throwing daggers at them earns you bonus money or power-ups, such as hatchets, more powerful daggers, longer range, or extra lives.
