Synopsis

The three role-playing games (Hokuto no Ken 3 to 5) seemed to mark a turning point in the genre after the first two platform games, but the series changes genre again in the sixth installment, which is a fighting game similar to Street Fighter II or Mortal Kombat. The story is inspired by the manga and anime of the same name. The year is 199X, and the world is in ruins. The technology can no longer be used, and the territory is controlled by fighters with rival styles. In this game, you can choose one of the fighting characters from the series: the main hero Kenshiro, his brother and rival Raou, Nanto fighters Seiken Rei and Souther, the assassin Heart, and others. You fight in duels, filling an energy gauge and performing various attacks and techniques. There is a free battle mode where you choose your opponent yourself, as well as a two-player mode.
