Synopsis

Hole Land is a fixed-screen shooter developed by Tecfri and released in Japan in 1984. The player controls a multi-colored robot capable of moving left and right, jumping, and shooting enemies such as small humanoids, rats, ghosts, and snakes emerging from holes at the top of the screen. The player, who stays at the bottom of the screen, must eliminate all enemies before they reach the bottom or avoid them by jumping to complete each level. Enemies can attack the player with bombs, temporarily disabling their ability to jump, move, and shoot. The player can also become vulnerable if hit by rocks from volcanoes.
