Synopsis

Originating in arcades, Spy Hunter is a driving action game played from an aerial perspective. Your car is equipped with machine guns to help you outrun the many enemies on the road (be careful not to shoot any civilians though!). Occasionally you will encounter a weapons van, and if you drive in the back of the van, your car will be equipped with a second weapon (such as a smoke screen, oil spill, or missiles). In several places the road splits and you can enter a boathouse that temporarily turns your car into a boat. If you drive far enough, the seasons also change (watch out for icy conditions in winter!). Enemy cars will do anything to stop you, including running you off the road, shooting guns from the back of a limousine, or dropping bombs from a helicopter.
