Hunter Killer

Base game AtariST 2.5/5 0

Do you like this game?

Synopsis

In Hunter Killer, the player takes on the role of an American submarine commander operating in the Pacific during World War II. Aboard a Gato-class vessel, he must fulfill different naval missions: intercept enemy convoys, execute patrols, or even carry out special operations. The game features an entirely mouse-based interface, with a cutaway view of the submarine, sonar, periscope, and a torpedo management system. Progression is based on observation, tactics and good management of resources (fuel, weapons). Although its graphics are simple, the title stands out for its relatively realistic approach to underwater warfare and its diversity of missions.
