Synopsis

Hyperthrust is a frenetic shooter where two rubber balls battle each other across the rugged, bouncy terrain of Planet Gumball, all while collecting points. Players must act within a strict time limit, or risk elimination. The story takes place in a world of elastic rubber, whose inhabitants – also round rubber balls – participate in sporting events. At the heart of the game is the thrilling 5,000-mile race, the highlight of the annual Gumball Olympics. The challenge is made worse by enemy obstacles that players must eliminate using ray weapons to continue their race.
