Synopsis
The game is based on a collection of short stories by Harlan Ellison. After the Cold War, computers in the United States, Russia, and China take control of the world and wipe out nearly the entire human race. The Allied Master Computer (known as AM) holds the last five humans captive to torture them. Each of them must confront their past in a virtual adventure designed by AM, where they face their fears and weaknesses.
The player can choose which protagonist to play as, but must complete all six stories to finish the game. There are different ways to complete the game depending on the player’s level of humanity.
