Synopsis

Icon Jon is a game with a unique principle: the player controls Icon Jon which is a program inside a CPC computer. Unfortunately, the computer will shut down soon, which means Icon Jon will be purged from active RAM. So he must escape!

Icon Jon therefore navigates the various non-scrolling screens in side view and solves puzzles, for example by collecting and using objects or working on terminals. The game is entirely icon-based; for each action, the player must choose one of ten icons. Then another window opens, in which the action is specified. Another important part is talking to Andy Capacitor and Charlie Chiplin, two other programs. The time limit is 30 minutes.
