Synopsis

Set in medieval Japan, a poor villager plans an insurrection to overthrow the feudal lord. However, the only participants in the revolt are Gonbe, your character, and Tago, an optional second player.
In search of the 8 golden koban pieces or the daikan (the lord to capture if he appears), Gonbe and Tago must avoid an army of ninjas, armed samurai, ghosts and foot soldiers in a village inspired by Japanese customs and myths of the time.
The gameplay is enhanced with special items and a bonus board.
