Synopsis

Intensity puts you in command of an overrun space station where rescue, not combat, is the primary objective. You pilot a hovercraft over single-screen areas, marking landing points so a rescue drone can pick up astronauts emerging from various openings. The more survivors you save, the higher your rewards increase, but also the difficulty of subsequent levels. Between missions, you can spend your earnings to upgrade your hovercrafts and drones, making them more durable or offering tactical advantages. Tension builds as enemies mutate and become more dangerous: some track you directly, while others turn rescued people into threats, making the slightest mistake fatal.
