Synopsis

This is the latest installment in Konami's now-discontinued ISS series, the arcade version of the PES/WE saga. In ISS 3 you can choose between Friendly mode, International Cup, Custom League, World League or Training mode, where you will compete with the best national teams. You will also have a points system, where each match won will allow you to accumulate points which can then be exchanged for additional moves, additional modes or stadiums. There is also a Mission mode, quite similar to the Scenario mode found in previous ISS games. The game itself has many arcade elements, like the ability to perform spectacular dribbles accompanied by light effects or the fact that you generally can't perform misdirected shots. Players also resemble their real-life counterparts.
