Synopsis

In Invaders 64, the player controls a laser platform at the bottom of the screen and must shoot down aliens moving sideways in formation while gradually closing in. These aliens drop bombs that must be avoided. Four shields provide temporary protection, but weaken with each impact. Every now and then a mothership appears; its destruction earns bonus points. The game features an alternating two-player mode and five difficulty levels.
