Synopsis

Jack Charlton's Match Fishing allows up to eight players to compete against each other. Each player is assigned a random fishing location on a lake, where various species of fish like pike, roach and bream are found. Before beginning, a detailed description of the fish present in each area is provided. With this information, players must choose the appropriate fishing rod, bait and depth. During the game, one of the eight fishing locations flashes, prompting the player concerned to press the button corresponding to the location number as quickly as possible. A short animation then displays the result, which depends on the speed of reaction and the suitability of the chosen material.
