Synopsis

In Shogun by James Clavell, an interactive adventure from Infocom, you play as John Blackthorne, a shipwrecked sailor in feudal Japan in the year 1600. Inspired by the novel Shogun by James Clavell, the game combines text adventure with stunning graphics. The latter, made in the style of 16th century Japanese court painters, help to illustrate the story. The left part of the screen displays the text of interactions, while the rest is devoted to graphics. The game remains faithful to the original work, particularly with regard to violence and language, and is therefore not suitable for children. To survive, you will have to question Western values ​​and learn the strict rules of Japanese society, where honor and good manners are paramount.
