Synopsis

James Patterson Women's Murder Club: Crime and Splendor on DS is an investigation game similar to an interactive book focusing on mini-games and the search for objects.

A series of seemingly unrelated deaths takes place in San Francisco. Some of them look like suicide or theft, but something doesn't add up. Players are part of the Women's Murder Club and take on the role of Lindsay, Cindy or Claire using their respective skills for the task at hand. Lindsay, the police officer, investigates the crime scene, first removing the "disorder" and then looking for clues as indicated, such as items that may have belonged to the victim or the murder weapons. Claire, the medical examiner, discovers the cause of death and everything that can be deduced from the body. There are no penalties for choosing the wrong item and there is no time limit.
