Synopsis

The General's Son (Janggun ui adeul) is a 1v1 fighting game based on the Korean gangster movie of the same name. Kim Du-han lost his mother at the age of eight, and he survives on the streets as a singing beggar. His natural fighting skills place him on the streets of Jongno with kisaeng Wumigwan's house at the center. He is soon recognized for his incredible strength and ability. He discovers through Shin Ma-jeok, the leader of a band of students, that he is the son of General Kim Jwa-jin who fought the Japanese army. Meanwhile, the Yakuza expand their sphere of influence and attempt to take over the streets of Jongno, but Du-Han protects Jongno's Korean vendors and earns their respect. When Wumigwan leader Kim Gi-hwan is arrested, Du-han becomes the leader of the Jongno gang.
