Description

Kaiser Knuckle follows the same conventions as Street Fighter II. The player's character faces his opponent in matches in two out of three innings, in single-player tournament mode, against the computer or against another human player. The player has nine fighters and three bosses, each with their own fighting style and special techniques. The controls are configured according to the six-button standard, but it is possible to switch to five buttons via the settings. Kaiser Knuckle is the first and only fighting game to feature five base attack forces.
Another particularity is the introduction of power zones, which can be used by a successful special move when the player's crush gauge is full. Power zones (fire or electric) can affect a character's special move. Backgrounds can be destructible when players are hit to load, and when these counters are full.
