Synopsis

If some thought that the Schbibin Man/Shockman series from NCS, started in 1989 on PC Engine, had ended with the death of the machine, they are to blame. You're going to tell me, you should already know, because this clone of Megaman is not a particularly popular game. In any case, this episode therefore made the big leap to move from a moderately selling medium (the PCE, therefore), to a medium that was not at all selling, the Satellaview.
performed a complete reboot. And for good reason since it is a prequel, therefore an episode supposed to take place before the previous ones. Tasuke and Kyapiko therefore fall by the wayside, as do Doc and Dark Skull.
Here, Schbibin Man & Schbibin Woman Raita and Azuki are the heroes. But what are these schmilblick things? you ask me. Well they're sort of cyborgs, robots with a human mind inside. They are the work of Professor Jinguii (so it wasn't the Doc who created them? But?! Have I been lied to?) and fight mercilessly against the hordes of soldiers under the orders of Shen Kung Si, aka Clown Bill. Proof that you can be megalomaniac and ridiculous at the same time.
