Synopsis
Keiba Eight Special is a horse racing game. The race takes place without commentary, whether written or spoken, but takes place in different climatic conditions just to vary the "pleasures" a little. It is possible to create/name events/races, or even horses or jockeys, and enter various parameters: it is in fact a mode allowing you to simulate a horse racing event in order to obtain a prediction!
