Synopsis

Kentucky Route Zero is a magical realistic adventure game about a secret route through the caves of Kentucky and the mysterious people who travel it. The gameplay is inspired by point-and-click adventure games (like the classic Monkey Island series or King's Quest, or more recently Telltale's Walking Dead series), but focused on characterization, atmosphere, and storytelling rather than clever puzzles or skill challenges.

The game is developed by Cardboard Computer (Jake Elliott, Tamas Kemenczy and Ben Babbitt) and features an original electronic score by Ben Babbitt as well as a suite of old bluegrass hymns and standards recorded by The Bedquilt Ramblers.
