Synopsis

Notorious thief Harry Hooligan is on the run! You play the role of Officer Keystone Kelly, sent to capture Harry. Harry is trapped in a shopping center and runs as fast as he can to reach the exit at the top. Your job is to catch him and put him in prison. You will need to use the escalators or elevator to change floors. The escalators may be further away, but the elevator goes up quite slowly so you'll need to decide which route will be quicker to reach your goal. If Harry reaches the top before you, you must start the level again. Harry has no intention of making it easy for you to catch him and throws everything he can find to slow you down.
