Synopsis

You play as Kid Klown and must counter Blackjack's plans. At each level, it throws a bomb and you must run as quickly as possible while avoiding obstacles to arrive before the bomb and prevent it from exploding. You must also collect four cards before arriving, otherwise the level must be restarted.
This game should have been Mickey Mouse Dream Balloon in the USA (Mickey Mouse III: Yume Fuusen in Japanese), Kemco's third game starring Mickey Mouse. But Capcom obtained the Disney rights for Nintendo video games in the USA just before its release, forcing Kemco to modify the game at the last minute with a new character and new cutscenes.
