Synopsis

Kidou Senshi V Gundam is a Japanese anime directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino in 1993. Part of the Gundam franchise, of course, the story takes place in the Universal Century, 30 years after Mobile Suit Gundam F91. A short story, two mangas and a video game were made from it. However, the series was never marketed in French.

The story takes place thirty years after Mobile Suit Gundam F91. Since the fall of Neo Zeon (chronicled in the film Mobile Suit Gundam: Tank Strikes Back), the Federation has continued to weaken, until in the year U.C. 0153, the space colony Side 2 declared its independence, becoming the Zanscare Empire. Clearly superior both at the military level and at the tactical level, this new State very quickly attacks the Earth without encountering the slightest resistance, and establishes a policy of terror and repression. So much so that a group of intellectuals and soldiers, the Military League, was formed to resist this authoritarian regime.
Far from these events, Uso Evin is a young eleven-year-old orphan. One day, however, he finds himself embroiled in a clash with his friend Shakti Karin and is forced to join the Military League. But showing a remarkable gift for piloting, despite his young age, he was entrusted with the controls of the League's new prototype: the Victory Gundam, with which he took part in numerous traumatic battles. During the war, a rivalry relationship will be created between him and a talented Zanscare pilot named Cronicle Asher.
