Neptune's kingdom has been transformed into an evil underwater world. A dark tentacle creature has stolen his magical orb and eight other artifacts. Armed with bouncing gunshots and a limited supply of bubble bombs that can explode on command, you must guide Neptune through nine levels to collect these items.
Shoot certain types of enemies to recover health and bombs. Treasures can be collected by defeating bosses or with the help of royal dolphins. The game also has an adventure aspect, you will need to collect keys to open specific doors and some items can only be accessed by solving another quest first. The final confrontation will take you to the master creature's lair in the inner sanctum of Atlantis.
