Description
Released in 1995, the great era of 32-bit (Sega Saturn and PlayStation), GunBlade NY was developed on board arcade Model 2 by the studio AM ⁇ 3. This same studio was already in charge of Sega Rally (although it was the same team, the team was different) or Cyber Troopers: Virtual ON. Some experience with the super powerful arcade system of the time existed and in order not to compete directly with Virtua Cop of the AM ⁇ 2, the third fun division decided to make a rail-shooter adding certainly, a big dose of fun but even more... spectacular! No need to recharge, no need to aim well, GunBlade NY proposed blasting everything that appeared on the screen thanks to the large machine gun that the terminal possessed. In addition, the Japanese giant realizes two types of terminals. A Standard version and a Deluxe version with a 50" screen.
