Synopsis

In the 22nd century, humanity left Earth. A new space age has begun, called the Age of Isis. Humans have built an oasis in deep space, a space station called LaGrange Point. From there, they could send expeditions to distant planets and explore space. You control a young pilot named Jin. One day, when you descend to LaGrange from your spaceship, you are attacked by mysterious robotic invaders. Your task now is to travel into space and find out the cause of the aggression. But you don't even suspect that you will soon be involved in a deep mystery that was destined a long time ago...

“LaGrange Point” is one of the few console-style RPGs to be set in a sci-fi setting and feature spaceflight. The combat system requires you to use special points (called BP) to perform simple attacks, cast spells, and use various techniques that will cost you your HP. You fight random monsters and bosses in turn-based combat, seen from a first-person perspective, like in the Phantasy Star series.
