Synopsis

Laguna Racer is a racing arcade game where the player must use a steering wheel to take control of a car (with a single pedal to make it accelerate and a shift lever to switch between low and high gears). The gameplay is based on time rather than life - and it will be extended if you manage to score a certain number of points before the time runs out. You should also pay attention to the cars controlled by the computer on the track; if you crash into one, your speed will be reduced to 0 and you will have to reset the car to low speed to regain your lost speed before moving into high speed again.
