Synopsis

The story takes place some time after Guardians of Destiny and is based on the adventures of Copper LeGré, Eric's son and fourth in line of succession, whose uncle Richard rules the Lands. At the start of the game, Copper's father and two half-brothers are killed by a terrible rifthound, and Copper's soul is torn from his body. As a result, Copper must not only reclaim his soul, but also settle the allegations against him, as he was the only survivor. As the new sole heir to the Kingdom of Gladstone, many believe he orchestrated the entire incident along with his father and brothers. Added to this is the fact that he is the result of an illicit affair between his father and a dracoid barmaid, a mixed-race heiress. He must not only resolve these problems, but also seek answers to help heal the new divisions that have appeared across the Lands.

The story takes place across numerous portal worlds in which Copper must recover the lost pieces of the Shining Path (which was shattered when the Draracle left Gladstone's world). The same Draracle sent Copper on his quest to save his life and soul as well as save his home and his world.
