Synopsis

After Ledgeman returns from the village auction with his day's bargain, a Victorian desk, he decides to dust off the cobwebs and put all his important papers and documents in the top drawer. Opening the second drawer, he is surprised to find a card. The map gives directions to a hidden cave where gems can be gathered in abundance. However, the map also warns of strange and perilous cave guardians, sentient barrels, meteor storms, and a host of wandering villains. The blood of explorers in the veins of the ledgies stirs and, armed with his trusty umbrella, he sets off.
