Synopsis
An alien race has been watching Earth's wars like a TV show. After a period of peace, 2 alien scientists travel back in time to various continents and begin deploying modern weapons. When they return to the present, the earth is engulfed in chaos. An English scientist discovers the conspiracy and uses his new invention, the soul transfer machine, and sends Billy to impersonate a human in different periods of history.
