Synopsis

Return to Hyrule to practice your crossbow with Link's Crossbow Training on Wii. Revisit some of the amazing locations you discovered in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess with Link's Crossbow Training, an action-packed shooter sold exclusively with the Wii Zapper. You will play as the legendary Link as he returns to the familiar lands of Hyrule to master the art of crossbow shooting. Simply insert a Wii Remote and Nunchuk into the Wii Zapper, then point it at your target and press the B button to fire. You can zoom in on your targets by holding the Z button, or arm a super-powerful shot by holding the B button for a few seconds before releasing it. In the so-called "Assault" levels, you can also take control of Link and direct him using the Nunchuk Directional Stick. You will travel through nine different levels which will allow you to rediscover locations such as the White Peaks Ruins and the village of Kakariko as you try to eliminate as many targets as possible within the time limit. Each level is made up of three sub-levels. The “Target Shooting” levels will simply test your precision by training you to aim for the center of the targets that will appear here and there, while the “Defense” levels will take you to a battlefield where you will have to use the 360 ​​degree rotation to defend yourself against the attackers who try to surround you. In the "Assault" levels, you will have to chase down and defeat a certain number of enemies within the time limit. By achieving a high enough score on the three sub-levels, you will be able to progress to the next level, knowing that precision is the key to success. You will achieve higher scores by making series of straight shots without wasting a single arrow. It can also be interesting to attack the scenery by aiming for jars, skulls and barrels, as they can hide bonus items. You'll make your job easier if you manage to hit the glowing green targets and collect the automatic crossbow, an effective alternative to your standard weapon that literally strafes targets! The constant struggle you'll have to improve your score is already a considerable challenge, but the game really gets thrilling when you compete against your friends.
