Synopsis

Lords of Conquest is influenced by the board game Risk. You and your opponent start by taking turns selecting countries on a map. This can be generated randomly depending on the number of countries and the volumes of water requested, chosen from one of the 19 predefined maps or created using the integrated editor.

Your army has infantry, cavalry and a fleet. Natural or produced resources such as gold and iron are identified - the countries containing them may be the best to invade. You can play at 4 skill levels and decide how important the luck factor is. With the calculations being done by the computer, players can focus on power plays.
