Synopsis

Mahjong 4P Simasyo, a mahjong game for adults, features footage of AV actresses in action and an actor portraying the player. The game begins with a four-player match against three CPU-controlled girls.

When the player wins this match, they are rewarded with a photo of a topless model in all her pixelated glory. The player then chooses one of the three girls from the previous match for a head-to-head match. The player then plays against this girl until he beats her three times or wins all his money. Once defeated, the girl is shown naked in a low frame rate "video" showing her body bouncing up and down in a suggestive manner. Then the player competes again in fours against the same girls, until he has beaten them all one on one. The game then continues with a new series of three girls.
