Synopsis

Mahjong Clinic Special is the sequel to Mahjong Clinic: Zōkango. The player controls a school principal who brings female students to the hospital to do some tests. The player can then select different hospital wards on a map; traveling to these places sparks short conversations, which invariably lead to games of mahjong against nurses, schoolgirls, patients, etc. A separate game mode is available, allowing the player to directly participate in mahjong against story mode opponents.
