Synopsis

Maison Ikkoku is a Japanese menu-based graphic adventure game based on the anime and manga series. Players control Yusaku Godai and will have to help him find a secret photo that was hidden by the manager. Godai will have to bribe the residents, who are constantly moving around the house to gain access to Kyoko's room. But even if Godai comes to the principal's room and tries to look at the framed photo, something will still happen that will force Godai to leave the room. So, after multiple attempts, Godai makes the logical (or not) decision to collect photos of everyone in the boarding house for Kyoko to show him. The game allows the player to move between different locations in the boarding house and town, constantly running out of money and meeting everyone from the original comic, including Nikaido who did not appear in the anime.
