Synopsis

Mandragore is a role-playing game that was originally published in France. The kingdom was at peace under the rule of King Jorian. When he was killed in a freak accident, this peace was shattered when Lord Yarod-Nor took control and began a reign of tyranny and malevolence. The player leads a party of four characters (with the option to set their own characters or take a predefined group) across the land to ultimately challenge, confront, and defeat Yarod-Nor in his own castle. Before that, the party must explore nine castles, each containing a problem and clues that will be useful later in the game. You will have to fight varied and unusual monsters, enter villages to trade and develop your characters' skills.
