Synopsis

Mangrove takes place in a mangrove forest where you must protect healthy cells from cancer cells while creating new healthy cells. You start with 30 cells in the center of the screen, while cancer cells appear at the edges. Using a crosshair, you move around the screen to eliminate cancer cells. If a healthy cell is affected by a cancer cell or is not connected to at least four other cells, it disappears. By moving the crosshairs, you can create new healthy cells, but they must quickly connect with others to survive. Gamma rays are available to destroy any cancer cells on screen, but their use is limited. The game ends if there are fewer than twelve healthy cells remaining.
