Synopsis

Earth has been invaded by the Orb Alliance and a very strict regime has been established for the humans who remain. Brown monk robes are the only clothing allowed, speaking is a capital crime, and every human has been fitted with a chip that records their every movement. To track down criminals, the Orbs enlist "manhunters", humans with access to advanced technology and selected to be both police officers and bounty hunters. The player controls one of these manhunters. He discovers a conspiracy brewing in the ruins of New York and a mysterious serial killer on the loose...
