Synopsis

This thing is not so strange: it is a licensed multicart, designed especially for the Chinese market, which contains four Tomy games: Ganbaruga, Raijinou, Zoids and Miracle Adventure of Esparks. It was actually released by Nintendo's Hong Kong distributor, Mani (although his name does not appear on the box), with at least one other containing Taito games. Presumably this was an official attempt to compete with the pirate multicards flooding the market, but given that they are almost never seen and pirates are everywhere, success appears to have been minimal. It's interesting that Mani made it in China, as all other regions' licensed Game Boy games were made by Nintendo in Japan.
