Synopsis

The ancient game of chess is recreated here, with all its traditional rules and concepts. The game is 2D, as the programmers felt this was the best use of available memory. The commands consist of moving the cursor to the starting square, pressing the spacebar, then moving to the ending square and pressing the spacebar again. You can configure the preparation time for players (humans and computers), but there is also an option to force an instant hit. You can save and reload your games, and at any time move pieces from the current configuration or by creating a new configuration, to fully customize the game or replay classic positions.
