Synopsis

Matsumoto Tooru no Kabushiki Hisshou Gaku ("Matsumoto Tooru's Knowledge of Stock Market Success") is a stock market simulation developed and published by Imagineer. The objective of the game is to place 100 million yen (about $1.3 million) in the stock market in a single year through a series of wise financial decisions and listening to advice on which direction to take a certain type of stock.

The game is hosted by Matsumoto Tooru, a nationally known financial advisor who is often considered to have extensive knowledge of the Japanese stock market. The game also includes the song "The Entertainer" by Scott Joplin.

Although centered on an unusually complex subject for a video game, it sold enough copies to inspire a sequel released the following year.
