Synopsis

Mechanical Violator Hakaider: Last Judgment is a video game for Saturn. It is the sequel to the 1995 film, Mechanical Violator Hakaider.
This is an arcade-style rail shooter, in which the player must destroy all the targets on the screen to progress. The game awards points to the player based on their accuracy and total percentage of enemies hit. The game's weapon is the Hakaider Shot (controlled by the Sega Virtua Gun or the Shuttle Mouse), which can be equipped with four different types of ammunition that can be reloaded at different rates, so players must carefully choose which ammunition to use in a gunfight. The game also features exploration areas between which the player can purchase upgrades from shops or complete tasks that trigger the rest of the story.
