Synopsis

Megawarz takes place in space: the Cyclonic Megawarz Uniship Mk1 travels from planet to planet using hypersonic jumps to reach Earth. The mission begins on Pluto, accessible by a single hypersonic jump. The ship can turn in all directions and move forward, but stops without propulsion. You must defeat the enemy aliens to activate the next hypersonic jump. A collision resets the level and costs a life. Besides the lasers, the ship has a limited shield. Astronauts floating in space earn bonus points and increase shield energy. After several hypersonic jumps, a bonus screen appears: we must then save the astronauts from the mutation.
