Synopsis

Megumi Rescue is a skill game on Sega Master System that puts you in the shoes of a team of rescuers, trying to save the inhabitants of buildings engulfed in fire. You will in fact play two stretcher bearers holding a sort of bouncing tarpaulin, and a daredevil firefighter jumping and bouncing on it, grabbing the victims or putting out the burning windows in the process. The goal of the software is either to rescue all the people in danger, or to extinguish all the flames in the building. When the fire reaches a victim, they will jump into the void in panic. If you cannot catch it with your tarpaulin, it will die. You will have access to bonus items by hanging on to certain windows, such as fire extinguishers or a key allowing you to end the level instantly.
